Enable failure notification - GRAPH API Outgoing failure

As a system administrator currently we have no option to know the outgoing has failed for GRAPH API. It doesnt automatically turn off the connector and also no notification has been available.
We would like to have both made available - that connector turns off and gives a warning message for builder when they login to Builder
which is currently available for incoming GRAPH API

Thanks for raising this — really helpful context. Just to confirm, you’re seeing outgoing Graph API failures with no notification and the connector stays enabled (whereas incoming Graph API already disables the connector and shows a warning in Builder), correct? We’ll review this on our side and come back to you once we’ve investigated further.
