There shouldn't be any auto trigger for external email ID, auto trigger can be sent for internal email ID. if both external and internal email IDs are there in same email, auto trigger should go only for internal.

Thank you for taking the time to share this — it’s really helpful. Just to make sure we fully understand the expected behaviour: you’d like auto-triggers to send only to internal email IDs, and never to external recipients (including when both internal and external addresses are included on the same email).
