Email subject updated accordingly to canned response selected

The canned response is specific to the email body, and the subject line remain unchanged. The subject line displayed will be the one configured in the email template within the process. This is the expected behaviour of the product. but it is not confusing that there is a field for configuring the subject on for any canned response.
As user I would expect the subject line to be updated accordingly to the Canned Response selected. Enate vendor with the reference number 8033396-T.

Thank you for posting, Rocio Perez Correa! I have a few more questions for you:
- How often do you use canned responses, and how critical is the subject line update to your workflow?
- Are there specific scenarios where having the subject line updated automatically would be particularly beneficial?
- Would you prefer an option to toggle the automatic update of the subject line when selecting a canned response?

Claudine Richardson Hi!
1) a) HRP and GEM has currently several global templates on the system, and it is expected to be widely use due to the benefit it represents on efficiencies. b) This is essential, because the users don't edit the subject and we are missing the possibilities to customize it according to the email body. I mean, sometimes is better to receive in the subject: REMINDER input submission of (WorkitemNumber) (WorkitemTitle), than the same default subject: (WorkitemNumber) (WorkitemTitle). Additionally, it will generate conflicts when we configure the canned response directly on the action, and if the user would like to use another canned response, the system doesn't update the subject automatically.
2) Our Clients appreciate the detailed subject since this facilitates searching the right comms. In addition to the already explained: we are restricted to use always the same subject (Which doesn't provide enough detail), and do not add what's the real topic of the message is like: Service Request Details, Dispatch of Document Notification, Request for Dispatchig Original Signed Documents, Draft Documents for Review and Execution, FINAL REMINDER, Scheduling a Call to Discuss Your Queries, Meeting invite, Minutes of the Catch-up Call, all this is more user friendly, self explanatory and warm than (WorkitemNumber) (WorkitemTitle).
3) Not the expected solution, but at least it would make the magic with an extra click. What about making it like an option when configuring the Canned Response or for the user settings or any other way that user do not need to toggle the button every time they are composing an email?
