As a team, we would want only some part of emails being processed via Enate and others seperately by Team B and hence we plan to connect via sub folder for Team A.
As soon as we connect the connector - the other teamswho are already on the Enate Team C not related to this mailbox can no more send email to the same connector (which will be handled by Team B) as Enate considers it as a mailbox already part of Enate and moves towards creating a ticket.
So a Email logic - should not only check the connectors or routing name, it should also check if the connector is connected fully or sub folder wise. If sub folder then this connector should not be considered to create a ticket directly or allow the option to send the email out. So if it is a Team A action then create ticket and if Team B then send email out of Enate.
We have this situation requirement - can this be please thought and developed.
