Due date to always end at 23:59 (Preview Available)
complete
For teams where a case process runs for 90 days or more, the end of day is 23:59. If any other time is calculated by Enate for due date, it will be marked as overdue in reports. For such teams, the due dates are calculated based on working days. But the due date should always end at 23:59 for the due day so that reporting shows correct data.
