Due date setting to automatically pick up the following year of the case date when using schedule

As a user on work manager, starting an annual case and expecting to finish in the following year, I would like the case and action due date to show the correct deadline as the upcoming year so that I can accurately prioritise the work.
This should be automatically calculated in the due date setting in Builder so it can easily configured for all clients and not need to use a specific setting for cases due in the same year VS cases with due date in the following year
