I would like to be able to type the customer, contract, service and process' name and select it from the list, instead of scrolling through thousands of entries. Searching only by the first letter is inefficient, especially during triage when tickets land in “Required Triage.” Please enable full type‑ahead search for this field.

As a user using views, I would like to have an option to search customers by typing the name so that I can easily find the entity I am working on. Currently there is a scroll option where I need to review all names to find one entity, which time consuming.

Triaging when only the search is only with the first letter is impossibly inefficient in a list of 6k entities. This is necessary for any ticket that goes to the Mailbox and land on "Required Triage" entity. Can you please consider enabling search for this field any soon? take in account that this canny has been open for almost 2 years.
