Finally I have written a long email, and just about to send, trying to click Send & resolve button but a little bit wrong and mistakely click the neibour- which is cancel button. And the mail is gone! I have to write it again from the beginning! It's wasting time.
And after I have sent the email, the email is in the sending box, but I want to edit a little bit, but it's only cancel button? so I have to write it again from the beggining.

Kamal Saran Thank you! I think this will help many people. My second question is I can't edit the email when it is in outbox. I think the meaning of outbox is the final chance to re-edit before the email was sent to our client. It will be a lot helpful if you can help solve this. Thank you for your effort

Very similar to Outlook you should able to open the email from the outbox and edit it before resending it.
