As a user, I would like to have cc field already available for putting in email address, rather than clicking cc symbol in to field and then enter the data - bcc is still fine, as it is not used frequently but cc field is 90% of the time used

The ability to select a piece of text and copy the format from one block of text to another. Very similar to 'format painter' option in outlook.

- Can you provide more context on how frequently you use the cc field in your emails?
- Are there specific scenarios where having the cc field open by default would significantly improve your workflow?
- Would you like the cc field to be open by default for all emails or only for certain types of emails?

So leaving it by default open would be good idea rather than clicking few more clicks to allow when needed
