Design Refresh Alpha: Display User Role in User Settings (Read‑Only)
C
Claudine Richardson
As a user, I would like to see the User Role assigned to me displayed in my user settings in a read‑only format. This would help me understand what permissions I have and enable me to inform my manager or team lead when a role update or change is needed.

Design Refresh Alpha: Allow Editing of Ticket Description After Submission
C
Claudine Richardson
Please enable the Ticket Description to be editable even after a ticket has been submitted. This would give users more flexibility to correct or refine descriptions, improving clarity and accuracy throughout the ticket lifecycle.

Design Refresh Alpha: Confirmation Pop‑Up When Cancelling an Email Draft

Please add a confirmation pop‑up when cancelling an email draft. This will ensure users don’t accidentally lose their draft content without a second confirmation, helping prevent mistakes and preserving work.

Design Refresh Alpha: Relocate Message Pop‑Up in Work Manager UI
C
Claudine Richardson
The warning/error/resolution message box in the Work Manager interface currently appears in a location that covers several frequently used UI elements. To improve usability, please relocate this message box—ideally to a less intrusive area such as the lower‑right corner—so it does not block key actions or interrupt workflow.

Design Refresh Alpha: Show Customer, Contract, and Service Context in Quickfind Results
C
Claudine Richardson
As a user searching for work items through Quickfind, I would like the search results to display additional context—specifically the Customer Name, Contract, and Service. This would prevent situations where I open a work item only to discover it belongs to the wrong client, which is especially challenging when managing multiple clients and entities. Showing this information upfront would make searching faster, more accurate, and easier to navigate.

Design Refresh Alpha: Show Individual Counts as Separate Bars in Bar Charts
C
Claudine Richardson
Please update the bar chart to display the counts of overdue, due today, on target, and not set items as separate bars, rather than stacking them in a single bar. When these values are layered on top of each other, it becomes difficult to see and compare each category clearly. Showing each count independently will make the chart easier to read and interpret.

Design Refresh Alpha: Improve Email Separator Line – Use Solid Line Instead of Dashes
C

In Enate, the email separator currently displays as a series of multiple dashes (------). This makes long email threads harder to read and looks visually outdated.
Please update the email separator to match Outlook’s style — a clean, straight horizontal line — to improve readability and align with modern email UI standards.

Design Refresh Alpha: Add Format Painter Tool in Email Editor
C
Claudine Richardson
As a user composing emails, I would like a Format Painter feature so I can quickly copy formatting (such as font style, size, color, and spacing) from one section of text and apply it to another. This would make it much easier to maintain consistent formatting throughout an email, improve readability, and save time compared to manually adjusting each element.

Design Refresh Alpha: Add “Clear Formatting” Option in Email Editor

Please add a “Clear Formatting” option in the email editor, allowing users to remove all applied styles—such as fonts, colours, etc. —with a single action. This would make it much easier to clean up pasted content and ensure consistent formatting throughout emails.
