Deleting Attachments – To be classed as a different note type (i.e. not included in General Note figures)

Please can the deletion attachment note be classed as an Audit Note or something similar to differentiate between a general note and a deletion of attachment note?
As we are creating MI reports for communications (counting how many note types and emails have been done) and the deleting attachments note is actually a general note…. so we don't want this to be included in our communication figures.
