Defects Comments box needs to allow for more words

For our company sometimes when we are needing to do a defect on a case we need to pout a long explanation in the comments box currently we can only add a couple lines which is sufficient enough for what is required for us.

Thanks for posting this feedback — really appreciated. I understand you sometimes need to add a much longer explanation when logging a defect, and the current Comments box only allows a couple of lines.
We’ll have the team review this and come back to you once we’ve looked into options for increasing the amount of text / improving the field size.
