Defect logging should be made mandatory in the below scenarios so the Ops manager knows where is the bottleneck in their processes by looking at MI data.
Scenarios -
Work item SLA override
Competition after the due date
Work item marked as 'unable to complete
Peer review failure
Robot rejected an action
Ticket - rejected NOT 'rejecting as spam'
Case Rework
Case Cancellation
EB system settings should offer options to make defects mandatory in the above-listed places.This is a system-wide setting and the client should have the option to make it mandatory for individual sections. for example, if someone wants defect logging mandatory just for SLA override then they should be able to. will need to make some quick changes on the UI side so defect logging becomes so easier and faster for end-users

As a user, I would like to have a popup notification before completing the actions in cases when I select NO in a checklist to justify and add notes in the field by the checkbox to justify the response and keep accurate the process to document the response in case of an audit. As a configuration team, this enhancement should be available at a process level to choose the client and process to have applied it.

As a user manager, I would like to see the reason of rejection at peer review rejection/fail screen along with proper category as mandatory, Currently we have free text which is mandatory. Can we have defects as mandatory or any other functionality where by we can add self categories with the reason of rejections need for us to track

As a user I would like to point the reasons why a rework is being done and who was responsible for the need of this action. Being mandatory to fill out the fields with the reason and party at fault.
This can also trigger a defect for the end user to select from

For Overdue packets: I would like to have a dropdown with all the possible reasons for the overdue along with 'Others' option and if the ops users select Others then one free text field should appear to put the reason that is not listed.(please refer the below screenshot)

When an user wants to change the due date for a particular work item, they should have to mandatorily mention the reason for the change. And the reason should be noted in the timelines section to be viewed anytime.
