Customised templates for ticket bulk upload

As a user I want to be able to use and give colleagues access to our customised upload template, which is populated with content that helps people complete the task in line with local custom and practice. At the moment they can only access the blank generic template. Please can we be able to have local content available , perhaps via a hyperlink.

Hi Robert,
Thanks for the detailed feedback on this. Really appreciated. We will not be building this feature at this time.
We have decided to tackle other features as a priority because the majority of our customers have heavily requested them. Please see the in-progress requests to see what's coming in the next release. These features will also be beneficial to you.
We’re happy to revisit this request with you after our resources have become available again.

- How do you envision the access to these customised templates being managed among your colleagues?
- Could you clarify what you mean by 'local custom and practice'? Are there specific guidelines or standards that the template needs to adhere to?
