Custom Card Validation on Bulk Upload Work items

Bulk upload csv of work items via ticket/case, does not validate whether custom fields in the sheet have a mapped custom card on the template. When the custom card is missing, the upload proceeds silently with no error or warning.
System should detect that the sheet includes data for custom fields that have no corresponding custom card on the template. Upload should be blocked, or at minimum a validation warning should be shown, prompting the user to add the missing custom card before the work items are created.

Thanks for the detailed feedback on this — really appreciated. We understand the issue: when a bulk CSV includes values for custom fields that don’t have a mapped custom card on the template, the upload currently completes with no warning.
We’ll review this behaviour with the team and come back to you once we’ve investigated the best way to handle validation here (e.g., blocking the upload or showing a clear warning to add the missing custom card before creating the work items).
