Amber Hayes Thanks for the feedback. Could you please explain your use case with a real example, including details such as what you are trying to achieve and why? Also, please point out any gaps in the current functionality.

Great to hear your perspective, Amber Hayes! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details on the type of data that is being inputted into the custom card tables?
- What specific information from the custom card tables do you need to be reportable?
- How frequently would you need to generate these reports?

Hi Claudine Richardson, thanks for getting back to me.
- one example would be, we use a table to capture multiple policy and account numbers relating to one ticket. We also use a table to capture any outstanding information we might need form a client. We use this table in an email template to request the outstanding information from the client.
- We would like to report on all the policy and account numbers relating to work items. For example, we would like to be able to report on the amount of work items relating to a policy number. We would like to report on the outstanding items requested by us to the client, when those items and requested and then when those items are received.
- Definitely at the end of each quarter but then also randomly through out.
