As part of new functionality, any Custom Fields that match when moving a ticket across two different services will retain, however, any fields that don't match will completely lose this data when moving to a different service and then returning back to the same Custom Card. It would be great if the data in these fields was held until required again.
I.e If I fill out a 'Plan Number' field, then move the ticket to a different service where the 'Plan Number' field isn't used and then move the ticket back to the original service, I would like my original entry to populate again.
