Contact’s record in Enate their title and practice group can be captured

We would like to be able to see on each contact’s record in Enate their title and practice group can be captured e.g. Ed Kingsbury is an SEP in Corporate.
In Outlook you can hover over a contacts name in the email and it will display their details and thus it is very easy to distinguish who is a partner and who isn’t. We really could do with something similar in Enate to help us roll this out to the wider teams without it causing issues.
t would also then hopefully be possible to create auto-triage rules based on who is the sender i.e. if its from a Corporate Partner or Corporate Rev Controller it auto triages to the Corporate queue of which ever team without the need for manual triage step.

Thank you for posting, Manos Roupos! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details on the specific information you would like to see when hovering over a contact's name?
- Could you clarify what you mean by 'auto-triage rules'? What specific actions would you like the system to take based on the sender's title or practice group?
- Are there any other features from Outlook's contact information display that you would like to see implemented in Enate?

Claudine Richardson we need to be able to see the persons job title and the practice group (department) they belong to when hovering over their name in an email.
These are the fields we want adding to the contacts page of each individual.
Regarding the auto triage rule.
We would then want to look a build a rule that says if the primary requester is in the Corporate practice group auto triage the ticket to the Corporate Queue
