Configure Outbound emails to send at a specific time period

Hi Team,
A question was raised by the Robotics team,
Is it possible for Enate to configure a rule/wait queue where outbound emails which are sent to recipients outside external domains are sent daily between 9 am and 11 am.
If the processes is running outside of these hours the emails are held until the next day at 9 am - 11 am.

ready for 2022.3
in 21.1 release we added new feature to schedule outgoing email for specific time. This is available for end user in work manager as well an API field for robot to do so. field is called 'DontSendBefore' which takes value like this - "2021-05-28T17:14:00.0".
