As a business , depending on complexity of the task or skills of resource , a Peer Review may be Required or not.
There should be option to skip review when the task at hand is simple enough , or the resource is experienced enough to by pass review, Conditional Peer Review will be very helpful in such scenarios

This option would help us a lot to bring more operational efficiency and save time for majority of simple and less complex works or if you can bring an option based on the custom card value enate should automatically determine if review is required or not and if required should push into review que's
