Comms expanded view hides some content instead of showing full original email content for Chinese language

As a user, I'd like the Comms expanded view to show the same content as the original email, instead of a sanitized version that can drop content, it works properly in English language, but we noticed it doesn't work for Chinese language and when we download the email then we can see the full content of Chinese language as well.
Business case:
Enate currently displays sanitized HTML in the Comms expanded view rather than the original email content. In some cases where communication is in Chinese language, sanitization removes content that the sender actually included, so the expanded view shows less than what was sent — while the collapse (short preview) isn't affected. This creates inconsistency between what's shown in Comms and the actual email content, without any indication to the user that anything was removed.

Thanks for posting this, and for the clear business context — really helpful. We understand the issue you’re seeing: the Comms expanded view is showing sanitised HTML and, for Chinese-language emails, that sanitisation appears to be stripping out content that was actually present in the original message (even though the downloaded email shows it in full).
