Good to see this is being worked on.
One item that is related that was raised with me last week - when a new email arrives there can sometimes be multiple 'new' emails on the same ticket and it is not obvious how many of them are new. Would it be possible to somehow highlight the new emails? I can raise this as a separate item if you would prefer.
