Case Status in Action Screen

It will be helpful if we can see the status of case in Action screen itself. this will indicate various status like 'Wait For Attention' or 'Paused' states of case in Action itself, which will help agents in taking appropriate action.
Along with this we should also show New Information Received (Orange Highlight) of the Case in Action screen as well
