Bulk 'unassign' feature request is similar to the existing functionality of bulk 'reassign to me' or 'reassign' in the work manager grid. It would be beneficial to have a feature when a user is unavailable to work and the work items/packets need to be pushed back to the queue so that other team members can pick up the work and the SLA can be met. Currently, for unassigning, the user needs to navigate inside the packet and then unassign.
