Browser Pop-Up Notifications Should Include Sound Alert

As a business user, I need notifications in Enate to include a sound alert, similar to email notifications in a outlook mailbox. This would ensure that notifications are more noticeable and effective.

This notification sound is related to windows notification center where Windows controls the sound. The requirement is related to browser pop-up notification playing sound.

Can you specify the situations or actions in the platform that you believe should trigger a sound alert?
Do you have a preference for the type of sound alert (e.g., a beep, a chime) or should it be customizable?
Would you like the sound alert to be optional or should it be a default feature for all users?

Hi Claudine Richardson,

In situations when users are working on VDIs, they may not be usually on same tab/browser as Enate. When a new info comes or they get a work assigned to them, they may not notice this. Hence a sound notification would get their attention and they can check the notification on Enate.
No preference for customizations.
Optional Features as per User Settings on Work Manager.
