Attaching the ticket to another ticket response while replying - Business case we have a audit team where we normally attached the approval emails and Other related emails for processing the invoices in outlook the team use to select the email and copy paste the same in the new email , response to the email and attach them . In enate we need an option to attach the tickets when responding to the ticket. Please call me if you need more information about the requirement
