Hi,
We have noticed an issue whereby if a user mistakenly assigns a resolved,closed or rejected packet to themselves it remains in their inbox and cannot be unassigned to nobody.
Can this be looked at as a feature request.

Release 21.1 - closed & cancelled work item does not offer assignment at all.
Resolved work items with 'feedback window' can be assigned. At this stage, the work item is not in any Queue so it does not offer unassign option. We will look into resolved item soon.
