Allow for peer review function be clearly displayed

As an L1 User, I want to know by looking at the tasks in dashboard if the peer review has been completed so that I can perform next actions.
Currently, the application displays C (Closed) when an action has been completed. However, tf Peer action is pending, the application still displays Closed. This is confusing.
