Alert user to change in email recipients

Scenario:
1. A user creates an email in a ticket and the recipient is auto populated with the contact that is tagged as primary contact, as expected.
2. User clears and changes the email recipient to be a different email recipient
3. Before clicking on Send a user realises that the ticket is in the wrong category so they decide to change it now too
4. When they have populated all 3 levels of ticket categories the email recipient automatically reverts back to the primary contact (Note the user has not even clicked on Submit yet)
5. Without noticing the change in the email recipient, the user clicked on Send and the email goes ... to an unintended recipient
We would like the user to be prompted to save their email first or that the draft email be auto saved with the recipients the user had elected before the user is able to do something meaningful to a ticket (like a ticket category change).
