Advanced Search - Add 'OR', 'Not' validation and 'Contains' in the condition

1) Add 'OR' and 'NOT' option to the search logic (currently only AND).

2) Add ‘Contains’ to the search options (currently only 'Equals', 'Is Empty', 'Is Not Empty', and 'Begins with')

As a user when using the title filed on Views, I would like to have a condition "contains" which will retrieve the list of work items which title contains the word I specified so that I can easily select the one I was looking for. This will improve the searching as due to the increased load of processes we are not able to know how the process begins.
