Auto acknowledgment email is currently sent only to primary contact / sender, can the system send auto acknowledgment email to CC users and automatically tag CC users on the contact card.

Hi Yathish Krishnamurthy - as Part of 2019.3 release we are automatically tagging these users against the work items which is available on contact card. 
Adding these users in acknowledgement email will be added in future release.
