Ability to reply to previously sent template emails

As a user, I would like the templates to be sent as reply directly to a previously sent template email within Enate.
Currently, Enate will send a template as new email each time, even when it is a follow-up to an earlier communication.
For reminders or follow-ups, the expected outcome for user is so the email template generated can be a reply to previously sent template emails, maintaining the original email thread and context.
