Ability to filter Inboxes by Multiple values (e.g. multiple clients)

Hello, I would like to refresh and expand this request as my Team is searching for exactly this solution at the moment - to have the possibility to apply filters with multiple conditions and to save them as a view. Enate does remember the filters, but we have to be very cautious when moving between inboxes and queues not to modify the filters in any way - otherwise they need to be set up again (= many clicks). Having the possibility to save filtered views which we could return to with one click would mean great efficiency for my Team. Thank you!

Users will Brazil will see over 70 Clients, but due to the Service Provider defined structure, they do not support all off them. They need to be able to filter which Clients they want to see, and not only search one by one.
