Ability to download Emails (in Enate) as .eml or .msg file

Hi Team
We have seen several use cases wherein we have to attach previously processed emails into new emails that come in as reference/context.
As a way to solve this if we have the ability to download existing emails as a .eml or .msg file then it can be attached in the outgoing email. download as pdf does not have original attachment in it.

Hi Team, do we have any way to download complete Email thread (Chain) instead of downloading the last email

Kamal Saran: Yes, but the same functionality is not working fine, the application is just downloading the last email but not the complete chain (we are getting the attached error while selecting download msg as .eml format)
