Ability to download Emails (in Enate) as .eml or .msg file

Hi Team
We have seen several use cases wherein we have to attach previously processed emails into new emails that come in as reference/context.
As a way to solve this if we have the ability to download existing emails as a .eml or .msg file then it can be attached in the outgoing email. download as pdf does not have original attachment in it.

Hi Team,
Currently, when I download an email from the Work Manager, it is saved with the .eml extension. I would like to request that we also have the option to download emails in .msg format, as my internal tool only supports .msg files. Having both options available would be extremely helpful and would save a lot of time.
Suggestion:
Could we show both extension options (.eml and .msg) when downloading an email, so the user can select the preferred format?
