Ability to create custom views

Views are a way to organize your work by grouping them into lists based on certain criteria. For example, you can create a view for new work items created by you , or a view for pending tickets that are awaiting response. Using views can help you determine what work need attention from you or your team and plan accordingly. Views results can be exported as well and file will contain an entry for each item and all its associated information in the view.

In 2019.3 release we are first drop of said functionality i.e. Ability to search work item with view filters.
Saving and sharing view as well as export results into excel will be added in later release. Till then, exporting use case can be managed by OData API (new feature adding in same release).
It'll be a while until we get to full functionality , but we'd love to know what our users care about most.

Hi Kamal,
One observation with the current design is that, if user needs to switch between different views, each time user has to do multiple clicks through the menu items. IMHO it would be very useful for the end users to list the views along with the custom cards on the side panel. And also if open views stay open in different tab.

Transaction Status As pause not reflecting in Manager Queue

Maker update the transaction status as Pause with waiting for more information.
In this scenario manager wont be able to identify that transaction is still pending for completion as it is not reflecting in Manager dashboard.

Paused work
currently paused work is hidden, for CMS to be able to use this function, they need to be able to see what work is paused so they can effectively manage resource, ie how many pieces of work is going to un-pause in the next day.
The only way to achieve visibility at the moment would be through tableau and there is no specific report that shows this at the moment so it would be bespoke.
Could we have a filter in work manager that highlights paused work so that the customer can see what work they are waiting for?
