Userpilot interaction to remin new user account to set delay email duration

As an administrator, we would like to set a global threshold on time delay when sending emails. So that we can adopt to proactive approach globally in reviewing emails after clicking on send email - which is an common user error.

Hi Sally Tse Navaneeth Kumar S  We have decided to tackle other features as a priority because the majority of our customers have heavily requested them. 
Please see the in-progress requests to see what's coming in the next release. These features will also be beneficial to you.
We will adding a userpilot interacton for new user account so when someone login first time in Enate- system will remind them to tweak this setting.

As an administrator, when setting up new users, I would like to select a default 'delay send' for sending emails so that new joiners can proactively reduce the risk of sending emails by mistake to either unintended contacts or wrong attachments. This will also allow for the functionality to be utilized. we should be able to set this to have both minimum and maximum via System settings
