Option to add more fields on home page grids

Resolved on - useful in peer review action and owner work view
Resolved by - useful in peer review action and owner work view
Keep with user
Keep the action with the user
New info received on
Close if no response is received
Wait until
Feedback window open until
Wait for more information until
Merged into another packet - work item ref#
Schedule period
Robot get more work count
Can be performed by robot farm
Robot rejected reason - free text field
Grids included here are -
My Inbox
team inbox
My owned work
team owned work
robot farm inbox
robot farm owned
Display by should has (above fields - Date time; which are not relevant for grouping).

As a user I would like to have a column with the case due date for each action on the dashboard so that I meet a deadline.

We are adding below fields in 2022.2 release on Inbox & Owned Work-
- Requesters
- Primary Contact
- Subject
- Latest Email sender
- Latest email datetime
Other items will be added in the future releases.

Case due date in grids without assigning the Case

When the cases are created via schedules or through emails they do not have any owner and in order to check the case due date someone has to become the owner. There should be a filter in the work manager grid/ views where we can see the case due dates without becoming the case owner.

On the dashboard columns, like we are able to choose options for status, i.e., "Last updated date" and "Last updated by" information, we would like to see the option to have below columns:
"Last received email Date and Time",
"Last Email from whom",
"Last email sent Date and Time" and
"Last email sent by whom"

As a user, I would like to be able to use a 'Primary Contact' column in Dashboard and Views as this would help me search current and historic communication (tickets) by person that sent an email (as I would in Outlook)
