Add File with Bulk Upload option

As a user, in order to send the mass notification to client along with document I would like to attach the document which has a file locaiton where the file can be picked from local drive

This will save manual effort of sending every client details one by one

When we are bulk creating the emails is sent out and we wait for responses to further continue with operations. As a result we need a provision to attach the documents dynamically for each item in the bulk create

are you creating tickets in bulk? or case?

Kamal Saran: we are using the bulk create both for tickets and cases. All we want is when creating the bulk tickets are cases we want an option to attach the files along with them while do the bulk upload and the attachment may differs for each case and ticket created using the bulk upload option
