The chatbot is another source of demand in RSO platform ...for example - the chatbot is deployed on customer website and users are interacting with bot and asking questions and the bot provides answer from its knowledge base and if could not figure out then make a call to enate web API and create new work item in Enate... which will be passed to human to process the request.

we are at a very early stage of this idea and if we see enough interests from customers then will review it.
