There are several operational scenario where in we will need ability to search inside attachments for specific worlds. These attachments are usually PDF and Excels.

Where a ticket is merged in error there is currently no functionality to reverse this merge. Could you please investigate if it is possible to unmerge the ticket or at least remove the comms relating to the ticket merged in error.

As a user on Builder, when deleting objects I would like to restore back what was immediately deleted and to be notified when it is successfully deleted. Similar feature for the undo send email functionality released in 2021.1

As a user on work manager, I want to be able to share & save rich text and hyperlinks in the note section. This will facilitate better collaboration across teams and allow for faster information sharing

As a Work Manager user, I want the ability to set my planned leaves so that my manager does not assign work for me when I plan to be away. Similarly, as a Team leader, I want prompts that the resource may not be available to accept the task assigned to them

As a user, I would like to be able to use @mentions like I do in Outlook so that I can get someone's attention in the note section and the email section.

Show the Builder Caseflow diagram (with colour-coded progress through steps and Actions) when clicking on map icon in a Case / Action. Should show completed, in progress items. Possible that some action types, e.g. email, might be hidden. Interactivity to click to open items would be of interest!
