'Users in the Queue' data is available in core DB but not in WH. Having this information in WH is useful to build the dashboard to tell if there is going to a shortfall of resources in the Queue to hit the SLA.

Details of user belonging to which queue

Ability to extract which queue the user belongs to so that we have traceability of access details to the customers like date added to which queue and date removed from which queue and who performed these changes.

Hi Sally Tse - Information about Queue and user belongs to that Queue is being added into WH as part of 21.1 release. Table will have columns like Queue GUID, UserGUID, Updated time, live/test mode.  This will help you to build a Power BI report such as available resource v/s work load in the Queue. 
We don't have a plan to record and export Queue audit history to WH atm.

As an Admin, I'd like to have a report extracted from the system that makes it possible to see which users are in each queue, for control and compliance matters.
