When creating new case, processes are listed not in the user friendly way. Users are not happy with the way the processes are presented when creating the new case, they would rather have it liste, have a method to start from a customer profile or something more user friendly

As a user when I need to create work item manually, I would like to search company name as a free text field where I can copy name of company from another application and paste into search bar so that when the customer names are similar I can identify the correct customer (customer name is a unique name). We have many clients with similar names.

When I load the Create Work popup it is initially blank and I have to select a company first.
The empty page looks odd and I could work faster if you showed me a list of the 10 (or however many fit without scrolling) Case/Ticket processes that I have started. Most of the time I only work with a subset of all the companies and processes in which i can create data so I wouldn't need to use the Company drop-down at all.
