When using the rework functionality it should be possible to go back to any linear action within the process. For example if there are 4 actions within the collect stage it would be possible to go from action 4 back to action 3 and not the very start of the collect stage. The option would be to go back to linear stages only. So if there are any parallel activities then you would be able to go back to the action prior to the parallel tasks.

Business story: If a stage such as collection has 5 actions then you do not have to repeat for example 4 of the actions and click through repeat actions to get to the required stage. This will also help people avoid any rework or confusion.
