we are re-architecturing ' how emails are stored in the system' and migrating them from the 'configuration manager' to the builder app at one central place. This will help you to manage the content efficiently as email templates and then use these templates at case/ticket/action level as flavour. Editing of these templates will be outside of process definition so you don't need to reversion the process to make the change in the email body.

In the new simplified design, you will be able to define the static file as well runtime work item level file using file tags. And yeah obviously it will support multi-lingual for your international customers.

This new design will allow you to edit the system generate email i.e. welcome and password reset email text to add your organisation branding.

This will be a resourceful functionality as, on a daily basis, emails need to be sent with attachments of a certain nomenclature i.e File starts with date followed by file name with extension in a mentioned folder. Example: 2019_08_09_Report1.xlsx. In addition to the above requirement, having dynamic file attachments would work best as file names change based on date. There are such processes, for almost all teams in our organisation, where emails with attachments are sent out and wait for response to continue further processing.
