We're currently focusing on releasing GPT-based enhancements in this area to achieve the same business objective. As a result, we'll be deprioritizing this for now as this is obscelete. However, I'll leave it open for a bit longer until the majority of users have access to the new features in production.

It would be really useful if on a ticket view there was functionality for each team to decide if they had the categorization panes on the right hand side expanded or collapsed. Categorising a ticket is something my team must do each and every time and people commonly forget this step, having the pane expanded is a suggestion the team have made to prevent this.
