Do you know what, this is ready to use now. We’d love to know what you think! A production release 2021.1.12.0 including this is ready.

we are planing to add filters in next release on top of the service matrix page which will saved for each user and will be available when you login back as well.

Can the applied filters remain as each time setting a process live, the filter will have to be reapplied

Hi All, Thanks for detail feedback on this. really appreciated. we will look into this as part of Builder redesign work-stream. Will let you know when this is available in the preview release.
