When an main panel card is configured for Ticket/Case/Action, as a work manager user I would like to see the main panel card on a separate tab (Next to Comms or timeline tabs) so that I dont have to scroll down to access main card when comms or timeline filter is stuffed with additional data.

Hi Yathish Krishnamurthy - I would suggest to use 'collapse' button on comms/timeline to save you from the scrolling.

Kamal Saran: If there are multiple threads on comms section, you will have to manually collapse every thread and more over having comms and checklist custom data card gets pushed to bottom hence requesting this to be as a separate tab.

Yathish Krishnamurthy: use the top collapse button to hide all timeline entries at one go. hope this helps.

Kamal Saran: Thanks for the pointer Kamal, appreciate it , the additional advantage of having this as separate tab is, it provides us ability to add multiple main panel cards in future, hide comms / timeline completely if they are not required for specific customers. If this could be considered would help otherwise happy to be discarded.
