bulk upload for contacts is being added in 21.1 release. we are planing to add similar funtions for other user as well.

As a builder user I should be able to bulk import new users or update users settings.

As part of the import /update I should also have the ability to setup reporting manager.

Would be good to have a bulk upload template to upload the contacts at one go in association with the tags [Trusted Source, Primary, Requester] and the client. It is important to have client-contact association.

Surabhi Suragihalli: Thanks for the detailed feedback. Really appreciated. The above request to create the contacts in bulk on the platform. After the contacts are created you can pick them up while processing the work item and tag appropriately. We can't add the tags while creating the contact as one contact can be linked to multiple work items and at each instance, it can have different tags.
