Add a step before reject a ticket or abort a case

As an user, When rejecting/aborting a ticket/case display a new message asking the user to confirm the action, it would be good to have a way to add a step before Reject the ticket, for example:

Are you sure you want to delete this ticket?
Are you sure you want to abort this case?
