As a user, I would like to export criteria as XML file and be able to import them next day so that I can use Views easily. Now every time Views are reset, I need to apply all the criteria from scratch - it would be beneficial to upload saved criteria if I use Views constantly

Currently the View function is of limited use for Ticket Handling. There is no capability to filter by Status (e.g. to identify all tickets that are ‘waiting for information’). Also, it would be helpful to be able save ‘Favourite’ queries, rather than having to create from scratch each time.

Allow Multiple Views Tabs
We need to ability to open multiple Views tabs in Enate WorkManager.
Currently teams construct multiple complex queries which they want to keep open for whole day and run them in regular intervals in the views tab. If we allow Multiple views tabs this can be achieved easily.
